The service

[DRAFT] DitchVoicemail provides an AI receptionist and missed-call text-back service for businesses. We answer calls and help schedule; the client is responsible for its pricing, its work, and its own customers.

AI limitations

[DRAFT] AI can make mistakes. Clients set emergency escalation rules and should review bookings and summaries.

Billing & cancellation

[DRAFT] One-time setup fee plus monthly subscription, billed in advance. Month-to-month; cancel anytime. Refund terms to be added.

Acceptable use & compliance

[DRAFT] Clients agree to use the service lawfully, including telemarketing, texting, call-recording and AI-disclosure rules.

Limitation of liability

[DRAFT] Liability cap and disclaimer of lost profits / missed jobs to be written and reviewed by a lawyer.
